Pre-Designed Wedding Invitations Pre-designed wedding invitations are ready to order in a selection of different suite designs. They may be customized through color variations, paper choices and font selections, but the general layout of the invitation will remain the same. Custom Designed Wedding Invitations Custom wedding invitations incorporate your original ideas into a unique design that perfectly matches your ceremony. Our designers will work with you from start to finish through several drafts in order to achieve the final design. Custom design fees vary depending on the complexity of the design and materials. Please contact us for more information about custom wedding invitation design packages. Ordering Process Select one of our invitation designs, fill out the corresponding price quote form and press the button at the end to send it to us. We will contact you within twenty-four hours to discuss the details of your order. After we receive your information, we will provide JPG mockups of the design. Once you have approved a final design and the quantity of your order, we will send you a link to a listing to purchase in our store on Etsy. If you have any questions about your order status, please don't hesitate to contact us. Payment As a small independent design studio crafting handmade stationery, we use Etsy to handle all transactions. These sites provide an online marketplace through which artisans can sell handmade goods to customers. For more information about shopping on these sites, please visit the Etsy Buying FAQ. You will be required to create a free account on these sites to complete payment. We accept all major credit cards processed through PayPal on Etsy. If you would prefer to complete payment outside of these online marketplaces, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. Payment terms must be agreed to prior to the creation of custom work. Custom wedding invitation packages require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the initial price quote before design work is started. Payment in full must be received before any purchase is shipped. Sales Tax We are required to charge a 6.25% sales tax on all purchases shipped to addresses in Massachusetts. Rush Orders We can usually accommodate for rush orders. Customers are required to contact us by e-mail prior to placing an order to guarantee a rush order. Depending on the time frame required, we may charge a rush order fee of $25.00 in addition to expedited shipping charges. Rush orders can be shipped through USPS or FedEx. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds All of our products feature customizable options and thus we only accept returns of flawed or damaged orders. Depending on the circumstance we may send you a replacement or refund your order. If you have noticed a problem with your order, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase in order to remedy the situation. Original shipping charges are not refundable if the order was shipped correctly. If an order was shipped incorrectly due to our error, we will refund your shipping charges and send a replacement as soon as possible. We carefully package every order and are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping process. Cancellations We understand that sometimes there are circumstances beyond your control. If you decide to cancel your order, reimbursement is dependent on whether or not your order has been designed and printed. If your order has been designed, but not printed, your order will be refunded except for a $25.00 design fee. If your order has been printed, you will be refunded except for a $25.00 design fee and the cost of supplies. Shipping We carefully package our orders in sturdy stationery boxes, bubble envelopes and add additional support when needed. Small orders are sent through USPS First Class Mail and usually arrive in 3-5 days after being shipped. Larger orders, including all wedding invitations, are sent through USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive in 1-3 days after being shipped. In most cases we can accommodate for rush shipping, which may be completed through USPS or FedEx. Alternate shipping methods can usually be arranged at the customer's request. We offer early envelope shipping for a $10.00 processing fee plus applicable shipping fees. In some cases paper availability may affect shipping times. We offer international shipping through USPS Priority Mail. All import duties, taxes, customs charges and any other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
